Enrolling your childADMISSION POLICY

Greenway Learning Center welcomes any child regardless of race, religion, ancestry or national origin. We believe in providing equal care and attention to all children.

Children with special needs will be considered for admission when the Director and licensing agencies determine that the Center can meet the needs of the child without affecting the quality of care for the rest of the children.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

It takes approximately one hour to enroll your child. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the Registration Form, Infant Background Form, Emergency Card and any other form(s) provided by the center.
  2. Have your child’s pediatrician fill out the Immunization Record, Health Inventory, and Lead Screening Forms.
  3. Contact the Center Director and make an appointment. Plan to bring your child to the interview. The Registration and Financial Agreement forms will be completed at this time.
  4. An Eighty ($80) fee will be charged at the time of registration.  Seventy dollars ($70) is a nonrefundable registration fee and the remaining ten dollars is a membership fee that includes your family as a part of the cooperative.
  5. An amount equal to a half month’s tuition will be collected as deposit and returned upon termination of the contract with two weeks notice.

Filling out all the paperwork may seem time consuming and unnecessary, but it enables our staff to help your child make an easy transition and ensure a positive, secure experience in the Greenway Learning Center for Infants and Children.
