Patti L. Smith is the Director of Greenway Learning Center.  Patti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro.  Patti began her career with G.L.C. in October 1993 as Center Director.  Patti’s previous work experience includes lifeguard, camp counselor, Pre-school teacher, Assistant Director and Director of both corporate and privately owned child care centers.  Patti is credentialed at level 6 with MSDE and is a member of the Prince Georges Child  Resource Center.

Janice Clark joined GLC in July 2012 as our lead Infant Teacher.  Ms. Janice has her 90 hour Child Care Certification and her 45 hour Infant and Toddler training.  Ms. Janice has over nine years experience working with young children and is the proud mother of two children and the dotting grandmother of three.  Ms. Janice is credentialed through MSDE at a level 3.

Linda Valladares is a toddler teacher at Greenway Learning Center. She graduated from Duval High School in 2008 and graduated from Sanford Brown Institution in 2010 from the Medical Assistant program. Linda joined GLC in October 2016. She has 4 years of experience working in child care. She has received her 45-hour Infant and Toddler training from Prince George’s Child Resource Center and is credentialed at a Level 1 with MSDE. Ms. Linda is the mother of a beautiful daughter and enjoys family time at the beach.

Juana Worrell graduated from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in 2004 and from Everest Institute with a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Certification in 2007. She has worked in childcare since 2010 and joined GLC in February 2017. She has received her 90-hour Child Care Certification and her 45-hour Infant and Toddler training. She is credentialed at a Level 2 with MDSE. When she is not at GLC taking care of your wonderful children, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
