At Greenway Learning Center, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. We believe our staff is the heart of our program, and we are always looking for dedicated, caring professionals to join our team.

We seek individuals who are passionate about early childhood education, committed to excellence, and eager to partner with families in supporting each child’s unique development. Positions at GLC may include lead and assistant teachers, administrative staff, and support roles.

Application Process

  • Our employees must complete a pre-employment physical and pass a state and FBI background check.
  • All staff must meet the requirements and standards set by the Maryland State Department of Education to work in a licensed child care center.
  • The director will reach out within 72 hours of applying
  • If your application moves forward to the next round of review, in-person interviews and a brief working interview will take place before a job offer is made.
